Chike Justice Onyekachukwu (Training)

Chike Justice Onyekachukwu is a prolific and dynamic entrepreneur, public speaker, writer, and human resource expert. He is the CEO of Mindware Consulting Ltd, a position he has held since inception. He is a graduate of Agricultural Engineering from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike. He holds a Masters' degree in engineering and is also a graduate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).

He has served in various capacities in several corporate organizations and through an awe-inspiring depth of knowledge, robust work experience and excellent work ethic, he has gallantly inspired the growth and expansion of Mindware Consulting Ltd which currently delivers exceptional training and consulting services in twenty locations across four states in Nigeria and still counting.

On the social scene, Chike Justice Onyekachukwu has successfully organized and sponsored several workshops and seminars on career development and entrepreneurship especially targeted towards the youth in several cities across Nigeria. This is driven by his strong belief that the greatest power of any nation lies in its human resource base and that the best way to develop and transform a nation is to develop and harness its human capacity. His highly held corporate values include clarity of vision, shared responsibility and team development and engagement.

IGHORO, Alexander (Performance Management)

IGHORO, Alexander is a licenced Human Resource Management Practitioner and currently, Lead Partner, Bethel and Spring Consulting Ltd. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Calabar and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Extension from the University of Benin. Currently, he is on the final lap of PhD degree with specialization in Rural Development at The Federal University of Technology, Akure. Ighoro, a consummate professional with core interest in Performance management, Organizational design, Career Development,Strategy, Executive selection and recruitment, Leadership and global business development is a member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria (CIPM), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Nigerian Institute of Training and Development(NITAD). He has attended and facilitated series of management trainings and capacity building workshops and also participated in non-contact courses at the Universities of Strathclyde and Reading in the United Kingdom. He is married with children

Engr. Tunde Ekpekurede (Business Development)

Engr. Tunde Ekpekurede is passionate about people development. He has exploited every possible opportunity he has had in the last 25 years to spend more time on developing human resources more than anything else. A graduate of Civil Engineering from the University of Benin (1989), he raduated as the best structural engineering student that year and one of the recipients of the Professor Smith Memorial research prize on account of his research into the behavior of piles, following numerous field investigations he carried out as an Industrial training student working in Shell/NNPC JV projects in Escravos, Nigeria, while interning with Nigerian Westminister Dredging, Warri. Engr. Tunde Ekpekurede holds an MBA from the University College, Dublin (2004) in the Republic of Ireland. Prior to his MBA program, he had earlier completed the Advance Management Program (AMP-12) at the Lagos Business School in 2001. While working as a General Manager with a precast manufacturing plant in the Republic of Ireland, he was enlisted part time by the European Union “economic inclusiveness project” as a consultant and instructor towards helping long term unemployed persons get back to work. In 2012, he attended a short course at Harvard University, Boston Massachusetts (USA) for which he received a certificate in Integrated Project Management. He completed the online Personal Leadership Course with Columbia University, USA. In February 2015, He attended the “train the trainer” course in Atlanta, USA and the “State of Mind” leadership training in New Jersey, USA. He has attended other numerous short courses and he is a member of several professional bodies. Tunde Ekpekurede began his career as a trainee dredging engineer with Nigerian Westminister Dredging and Marine Limited, Warri in 1986, joining the consulting firm of Ove Arup and Partners in 1990 and Nigerite Limited Ikeja before venturing to start his own business – Havilah Construction Limited, in 1993. After completing a full time MBA program in 2004, he worked as General Manager of London Precast Limited and CEO, Titan Precast Limited before returning to Nigeria in 2008. He joined ABB Powerlines Limited as Chief Operating officer in 2008 but left to pursue his people development passion full time in 2010 when he set up the training organization, Learning4living in Warri, Delta State. He was re-appointed as a Director of ABB Powerlines Limited in 2013 where he was allowed to engage in training activities on the sideline. Tunde Ekpekurede has featured as facilitator in several executive training programs in such topics as Project & Operational Risks, Project Management, Logistics& Supply Chain management, Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Assembling Intangible Assets, Personal Leadership& Development, Conflict Management, Business Negotiation and Customer Service amongst several others. He has facilitated executive retreats and has been a keynote speaker in a number of events. In 2012, he delivered the annual empowerment lecture for the Petroleum Training Institute, Warri. He was guest speaker at the AGM of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Warri in 2011 and the Warri Chamber of Commerce in 2013.
